Theresa has dreamed of opening her own Pilates Studio.  Her vision has come to life,  creating a spa like feel that welcomes women of all ages and levels of fitness, helping others feel more comfortable in their own skin.  Her desire was to develop programs that were gentle on the body but yet effective.  We encourage self-care and balance in life.  

Theresa received her training with Balanced Body Pilates and has her Yoga certification with YogaFit and a member of Yoga Alliance with her E-RYT 200 completing over 2000 hours of teaching, YACEP continuing education Yoga Teacher, along with various specialized certifications and education.

Jeri Sayer

Group Fitness Trainer

Jeri is passionate about helping our clients meet their full potential.   She is currently certified in Tabata Bootcamp, Barre and one day to wellness. She is pursuing her Pilates Certification with Balanced Body along with AFAA.

Jeri coaches our Healthy Weight for Life Program and teaches our Seniors in Motion classes!

Tiffany Gunsauls

Pilates Instructor


Tiffany enjoys working closely with her clients.  Using various pieces of Pilates equipment including Reformer and the Combo chair you are sure to receive a workout that will both challenge you and refresh you!

She is completing her Pilates certification through Balanced Body Pilates
